Goldin Group from Hong Kong has concluded an agreement to acquire a majority stake in SCEA des Domaines Rolland in Pomerol.
Goldin is the owner of Sloan Estate in California, a cult Napa Valley winery with Michel Rolland as consultant.
The involved properties are:
Chateau Le Bon Pasteur, Pomerol (6.62 hectares)
Chateau Rolland Maillet, Sa int-Emilion (3.35 hecta res)
Chateau Bertineau Sa int-Vincent, Lalande de Pomerol (5.5 hectares)
Mr. Pan Sutong, a successful entrepreneur and Chairman of the Group is passionate about wine, well connected in the Bordeaux wine circles and ready to make every effort to valorize the wines, the name and to perpetuate the history in accordance with the family tradition.
Furthermore, the current technical team will remain in place under the direction of Dany and Michel Rolland to cultivate the vineyards and make the wines in the same spirit.
