One year after the official debut of Famiglia Cecchi’s estate in Montalcino, the project has grown to include visits, tastings and immersive experiences that tell the story of Sangiovese in an exceptional terroir
Castelnuovo dell’Abate, September 2026 – One year after its official debut, Aminta, Famiglia Cecchi’s estate in Montalcino, welcomes visitors through a hospitality program dedicated to discovering the territory, the wines and the estate’s identity. Following the presentation of the project and its wines – Aminta Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Aminta Rosso di Montalcino DOC – the estate has developed a program of experiences designed to bring guests closer to the place where Sangiovese takes shape as a living story of soils, altitudes, time and family identity.
HOSPITALITY AS AN EVOLUTION OF THE PROJECT
Hospitality represents an important component in Aminta’s journey.
After its first phase – the introduction of the estate and its wines within Famiglia Cecchi’s wine world – Aminta now welcomes visitors, wine lovers and trade professionals for a first-hand encounter with the place itself, turning each visit into an opportunity to understand the work that connects vineyard, cellar and territory.
Aminta is thus a place to experience, not only to discover through its wines: an invitation to step into the landscape of Castelnuovo dell’Abate, read the complexity of the soils, observe the role of Monte Amiata and explore the identity of an estate born to interpret Montalcino with measure, precision and respect.

EXPERIENCES BETWEEN SOIL, CELLAR AND TASTING
The hospitality program tells the story of Aminta from different perspectives, while keeping Sangiovese and its relationship with the territory at the center.
“The Essence of Aminta” is the experience most directly tied to the estate’s identity: a visit dedicated to the origins of the Aminta project, the geology of the vineyards, the production philosophy and the comparison between the winery’s two expressions of Sangiovese: Aminta Rosso di Montalcino DOC and Aminta Brunello di Montalcino DOCG.
“Two Landscapes” brings Montalcino and the Maremma into dialogue, uniting Aminta and Val delle Rose, Famiglia Cecchi’s estate near Grosseto, along the Tuscan coast, in a narrative that crosses two souls of Tuscany: on one side the verticality of Castelnuovo dell’Abate and the Val d’Orcia, on the other the climatic influence of the Maremma coast.
With “The Three Estates – Family Identity”, the perspective broadens further to Famiglia Cecchi’s journey across Montalcino, Chianti Classico and Maremma. The experience offers a cross-cutting reading of three symbolic territories, united by a shared production vision and interpreted through wines capable of expressing structure, elegance, Mediterranean character and territorial depth.
ANITA’S KITCHEN
Alongside the tasting itineraries, Aminta also offers “Anita’s Kitchen”, an exclusive cooking class dedicated to the most authentic Tuscan cuisine. Guests take part in preparing traditional dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, in an intimate experience shaped by stories, shared gestures and knowledge passed down through generations.
The experience concludes with a private lunch overlooking Mount Amiata, paired with the estate’s wines. It extends the story of Aminta beyond the glass, bringing it into the most authentic expression of Tuscan conviviality.
FAMIGLIA CECCHI IN MONTALCINO
Famiglia Cecchi consolidates Aminta’s role as a new voice within its wine universe. After Villa Cerna, Val delle Rose, Tenuta Alzatura and Villa Rosa, the presence in Montalcino confirms the family’s desire to interpret Italy’s great wine territories with consistency, respect and depth.
